Few days before the Italian Grand Prix, Lando Norris confirmed that he had founded a new racing team for single-seaters and an academy for young drivers.

Current Formula 1 World Champion Lando Norris has joined forces with the British karting team Fusion, and together they have created LN4 Fusion - a brand-new motorsport team that will race in Formula 3, Formula 4 and FREC (Formula Regional European Championship) from the 2027 season. The team has secured certain assets of AIX Racing, and they have currently submitted an application to enter Formula 2 next year.
Former Prema boss René Rosin has joined the LN4 Fusion team as team principal. He will work alongside Prema's former technical chief, Dan Richardson, who will be the team's CEO.
Norris has also established the LN4 Legacy Programme, which will help young drivers progress through the expensive junior single-seater championships. Julian Rouse, the former sporting director at Alpine, will take care of the programme.
"I’ve been really lucky to have some amazing people around me throughout my career, and I know that getting to Formula 1 takes so much more than just talent. You need the right people around you, the right support and the right opportunities at the right time. That’s what these two projects are all about.
"LN4 Fusion is about building a race team that can compete with the best in junior motorsport, with great people and a great environment for drivers to develop. The LN4 Legacy Programme is about helping talented young drivers get opportunities they might not otherwise have.
"For me, they naturally fit together. I want to help create opportunities for the next generation, both on and off the track, and hopefully make a real difference to young drivers coming through the sport," Norris staited.
