Lando Norris won from pole position, he was joined on the podium by Ferrari drivers, McLaren celebrates its first title since 1998.
Right at the first corner we saw contact between Max and Piastri, no doubt every McLaren fan must have been worried, because Piastri fell right to the tail and McLaren was so in danger of Ferrari in the fight for the title, Max earned a 10s penalty for this contact. On the other hand, Leclerc took advantage of it and after the first lap from 19th place he got up to eighth. Sergio Perez had to retire right at the start due to gearbox problems. Leclerc slowly worked his way through the starting field and Ferrari still had hope of winning the title.
Lewis started from 16th place after a poor qualifying and was the only one to start on hard tyres, so he stopped later and literally flew on yellow tyres, towards the end of the race he caught up with Russell and overtook him on the last lap, thus ending his Mercedes career in style and in P4.
Colapinto finished prematurely, and Bottas after contact with Magnussen, which is not the farewell to Formula 1 that he would have liked. At the end of the race Lawson also had to retire after technical problems.
Ferrari had a double podium but it was not enough for the title, so Lando completed the podium, who drove a problem-free race, which he won, his teammate finished tenth.
