Verstappen won in Spain

Verstappen won his 61st Grand Prix ahead of Norris and Lewis Hamilton, who returned to the podium from the 2023 Mexican Grand Prix.

Immediately after the start, there was a close fight between Max and Lando, who pushed Max a little off the track, George Russell took advantage of this and performed a wonderful overtaking maneuver in the first corner, which moved him from fourth place to the top. but that didn't last long and Max overtook him in the third lap.

The race consisted of two pit stops, so George went to the pits on lap 16/66, while Lando, on the other hand, decided to stay on the track. at the same time, Sainz was also in the pits, who came out of the pits just behind George. Lewis fell behind Sainz after the first stop, but after two laps he managed to overtake him after a tight maneuver in the first corner.

Verstappen went to the pits as early as the 17th/66th lap. Norris extended his stint and went to the pits in the 24th lap, he dropped to sixth place and thus had to get ahead.

When Lando got to Russell, they had a wonderful fight, which was literally a motorsport advertisement.

Verstappen continued to pit in lap 46. Norris stayed on the track a bit longer and returned to second position on the track, trying to make the most of all the red tires and gradually starting to get closer to Max. Meanwhile, Lewis moved ahead of Russell into third place.

Norris got to the level of 4 seconds between him and Max, but he didn't get any closer, at the end of the race he had to settle for the second place, Lewis achieved his 198th podium position in his career.

Behind them, the Ferrari drivers swapped positions, and Alpine had a successful race, recording a double point position. Perez finished a lot behind max, on eight place
