Esteban Ocon has signed a multi-year contract with Haas and will drive for this American team starting next year
It has been speculated for some time, but today it was officially confirmed. Ocona will also be joined by Ollie Bearman, a rookie who is currently racing in F2. Ocon himself has been driving in F1 since 2016, when he replaced Rio Haryant at the Belgian Grand Prix. From 2017, he transferred to the Force India team, where he drove until 2018. In 2019 he didnt get any seat but then in 2020 he get offer from Renault, where until now they raced only under a different name Alpine. With this team, he even managed to win at the 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix and scored a total of 3 podiums, the first one was at the Sachiru Grand Prix, he even was on podium at Monaco in 2023.
