This year we started the 52nd edition of the 24h Nurburgring, which was largely affected by the weather. the race basically ended on Saturday before midnight, when fog covered the 25-kilometer track, which caused a red flag. As early as Sunday morning, the teams were instructed to open the garages and assemble at the starting line, and then at 1:30 p.m. they started circling behind the Safty car.
Then, an hour before the end, it was decided that the race would not be restarted, which means that we actually raced for a little over 7 hours. thus the victory was claimed by team Scherer Sport with Audi R8 LMS GT3 evo II #16. The Porsche 911 GT3 R #911 of the Manthey team finished second, the BMW M4 GT3 #72 of the RNG team finished third
