June is all about endurance racing. As is tradition, the month kicks off with the 24 Hours of Le Mans, but just a week later, the 24 Hours at the “Green Hell” — the Nürburgring — takes place. And that’s not the end of it, because the very next week we move to Belgium, specifically to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, where the 24 Hours of Spa is on the schedule — featuring the largest GT3 grid in history.
Let’s not forget that some drivers will compete in all three races, making this not just a test of endurance over 24 hours, but essentially a three-week-long endurance challenge. After more than 60 hours of pure racing, drivers will face significant fatigue and exhaustion — and we’ll see how they cope with it.
14-15 June 24h Le Mans
For Le Mans, the BoP (Balance of Performance) has already been released. Toyota will be the heaviest car (1,053 kg), but in terms of power output (520 kW), it will have a slight advantage over Ferrari, which is coming to defend its victories from the past two years.
20-21 june 24h Nurburgring
24 Hours in the Green Hell — that’s one way to describe this race. The best GT3 drivers will be on track alongside GT4 cars and, this year, even a Renault Twingo. Sounds like a pretty good reason to tune in and watch the race on June 20–21.
28-29 june 24h Spa
The biggest GT3 race on the planet — that’s the 24 Hours of Spa, and this year it’s going to be massive! A total of 76 GT3 cars in one place! Just like with Spa or the Nürburgring, you can watch the entire race for free on YouTube — so make sure you don’t miss it!
