Today's events on the track were affected by rain, shortly after nine o'clock it started to rain and most of the team went to the pits, the only ones who stayed on the track were Aston Martin and Haas, who also brought sets of tires for the rain to Bahrain. Today we also saw the first contact this year, in the eighth turn, when Piastri and Hulkenberg lightly touched the front wing and the rear tire. Hamilton was fastest in the morning.

In the afternoon session, Carlos Sainz was the fastest, and Mercedes completed the most laps today - 158 laps, followed by VCARB - 140, Sauber - 136, Haas - 135, Ferrari - 128, Williams - 127, McLaren - 121, Alpine - 120, Aston Martin - 102 and at least RedBull - 91, as they solved the water pressure problem in the morning session. Tomorrow we will have the third and final day of testing.
